Meet Corinne

Passionate about wellbeing and personal development

Hi, I am Corinne and I am very passionate about wellbeing and personal development. 

My own journey started at A-levels (French Baccalaureat) where I studied philosophy and I embarked on a quest to better understand myself and the world I live in. 

This journey took me to Buddhism, life coaching, mindfulness, positive psychology, autogenics, NLP and sophrology. I loved discovering all these methods/practices and I learnt some life-changing techniques along the way.

A 20-year career in industry

I haven't always been a Personal Development Coach and Sophrologist. In my 'previous life', I worked for over 20 years in the fast-moving and demanding world of Consumers Electronics and held senior commercial and managerial roles. I learned business coaching techniques to better support my teams and I really enjoyed seeing people develop their skills, build confidence and achieve their potential.

Today, I draw from this experience to help my client achieve their outcome and manifest their dreams.

Now helping others find their strengths and follow their path as a Personal Development Coach and Sophrologist

I decided to re-train in some of those methods in 2017.

I graduated as a Sophrology Practitioner in 2019 and at the end of 2022, I completed The Sophrology Advanced Levels.

I qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher in 2018.

What else do I like?

I love reading - classics and historical detective novels in particular. I have recently discovered the joy of audio books and I am relishing in the delight of War and Peace. I spend as much time I can with my family and friends, not forgetting long walks with our gorgeous dog!
