Sophrology is a structure wellbeing method that uses mental and physical exercises for optimal health and wellbeing


Simple techniques, easy to learn

  

The techniques are easy to learn and once the client has practiced them with a Sophrologist, they can use them in their own time, in any setting; empowering them to deal optimally with whatever challenge they are facing.

Using the breath to enhance your health, both physical and mental

Gentle movements, suitable for everyone

Following the voice and guidance of the sophrologist for a deeper experience

More about sophrology

Sophrology has been a very popular method in continental Europe over the past 60 years where it is used in a large variety of settings: in hospitals and medicine in general by doctors, nurses, mid-wives; in sports, arts, education; and in companies for teamwork, stress, and burn-out prevention. 

It is popular amongst sports people (even the French Rugby Team!) as a valuable mental training technique.

It was developed in the 1960's by Professor Caycedo, neuropsychiatrist.
