Change is an integral part of life and as we live in an increasingly chaotic world, building resilience means that we are better able to adapt to our changing environment.
Growing our ability to bounce back means that we are able to face challenges or even adversity and bounce back without loosing our way - only wiser and stronger for the experience, however difficult it may have been.
The stronger we are - in our body, mind and emotional wellbeing, the more able we are to find strategies to deal with the challenges that we face.
And as we do so, we gain confidence, improve our self-esteem and reduce our anxiety levels - we believe that whatever life throws at us, we can deal with it.
